“ Simply exceptional! We had the pleasure of dining in Terrazza Costantino in early June and we are deeply puzzled why this 10 seat restaurant has not yet been awarded a star by Michelin Guide with ambience, service and food being consistently exceptional. The connection to the regional cuisine is strong and the inspiration from the surrounding natural area is clearly visible in each of the plates, resulting in dishes that are humble, pure and flavoursome. Especially worth noting were slow cooked eggs with local truffles, main course of pork with tomatoes and asparagus and pre-dessert where foam, granita and sorbet were made from Sicilian orange and yet each was distinctive in flavour. What was especially impressive is that the whole menu is cooked by a single chef, who also finds the time to help serve the dishes and interact with the guests. How this is all possible is beyond my understanding. Excellent wine pairings as well, which enhanced the dishes. Tasting menu was 46 EUR, which was one of the best value dinners we have ever enjoyed. I would be happy to pay double or triple for this quality of cooking. Thank you to chef Giuseppe Costantino for creating a truly memorable meal and evening for us! ”

The dinner served with a composition of local products brought together into a perfect combination. The tastes and textures of food interlock showing finesse of the chef.
